Pulsent Labs Inc. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsent Labs Inc. ("Superlog", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use Superlog, connect third-party services, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

Superlog is an AI agent platform for investigating and fixing production issues. Customers decide which tools they connect — such as Sentry, Datadog, Slack, GitHub, and Linear — and what content those tools send to Superlog. If you use Superlog through an organization, that organization controls the Customer Content it submits and may manage your access to it.

Personal information we collect

Account. Name, email address, authentication data (including password hashes for email sign-in), profile image, account preferences, workspace membership, role, invitations, and session information.

Customer Content. Content received through the tools Customer connects, including alerts, error and log excerpts, stack traces, metrics, repository code and metadata (such as commits, pull requests, and issues), messages in connected Slack channels where Superlog is used, tickets, incident notes, agent instructions and memories, and any personal information included in that content.

Integrations. Information we receive when you connect services such as Sentry, Datadog, Slack, GitHub, and Linear. This may include installation identifiers, workspace or channel names, repository names, project and ticket metadata, and integration tokens or credentials.

Billing. Plan, usage, invoice, subscription, and payment status information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Superlog.

Communications. Emails, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and other messages you send to us or receive from us.

Usage. Product events, page views, referrers, UTM parameters, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, identifiers, logs, and diagnostics about how the service is accessed and used.

How we use personal information

We use this information to provide, operate, secure, monitor, and improve Superlog; create and manage accounts, workspaces, roles, and sessions; receive, store, analyze, summarize, and display Customer Content; investigate issues, generate recommendations, open pull requests or tickets, and send notifications when you configure Superlog to do so; connect and maintain integrations you authorize; measure usage, enforce quotas, and administer billing; send service, security, support, onboarding, and product communications; debug errors, prevent abuse, and detect security incidents; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and the public.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, and product measurement. Necessary cookies keep Superlog working and remember your cookie choices; they are always on. Analytics cookies help us understand product usage and improve Superlog. Advertising cookies let Reddit and X measure advertising visits and signup conversions using browser and server-side signals, including hashed account identifiers and available ad click, device, and network data.

Pages on info.superlog.run set a first-party cookie named __Secure-tpc_vid on superlog.run. It holds a visitor identifier and is kept for 30 days.

Analytics and advertising run only when your cookie choices allow them. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec, we ask for your consent before using them. Elsewhere they are on by default, and in California we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. You can change your choices at any time from Cookie settings in the site footer. We keep a record of each choice, with a truncated IP address, to show what you agreed to. Your browser or content blocker may also let you block or delete browser technologies; if you disable necessary cookies, parts of Superlog may not work.

How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information to service providers and subprocessors that host, store, secure, analyze, support, email, or otherwise help us run Superlog (see our subprocessor list); to integration providers such as Sentry, Datadog, Slack, GitHub, and Linear when you connect them or instruct Superlog to interact with them; to other users in your workspace according to their roles; to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal or regulatory authorities when needed for business, compliance, security, or legal reasons; and to a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information. We use Reddit and X for advertising measurement as described above. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models, and our subprocessors are not permitted to either.

Customer Content and sensitive data

Superlog is designed to process operational and developer workflow data. You should avoid sending secrets, credentials, payment card numbers, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information in alerts, logs, stack traces, tickets, messages, or repository content connected to Superlog.

If Customer Content contains personal information, we process it to provide Superlog to the customer and according to the customer's configuration and instructions, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Superlog, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate our business. Customer Content is retained for the duration of the customer's agreement and deleted after termination, subject to the customer's settings and deletion requests. Integration tokens are kept until the integration is disconnected or the token is replaced. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems. Content Superlog has already sent to third-party services on your instruction, such as pull requests, tickets, or Slack messages, must usually be managed in those services.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, described in our Security Policy. No online service can guarantee absolute security. To report a security issue, email security@superlog.run.

International data transfers

We process and store personal information primarily in the European Union (AWS Europe, Paris) and also in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. When required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards, including the safeguards in our Data Processing Agreement.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. You can access and update some information in the product. To make a privacy request, email legal@superlog.run; we may need to verify your identity and may direct workspace-managed requests to the relevant customer administrator. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails; we may still send transactional, security, billing, and service messages.

Children

Superlog is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by updating this page, emailing account administrators, or showing an in-product notice.
