Quieter incidents, an agent that listens, and one-click connectors
We wanted to share what we shipped this week, with a focus on making incident response quieter and more useful.
Less noisy PRs and incidents
Superlog can now silence clear false positives, place issues under observation with an escalation trigger, and mark resolved errors for a fresh investigation if they recur. Each issue can choose its own outcome instead of forcing one terminal state for the whole incident.
An agent that listens
The incident view now has a chat composer for changing PRs, recording memories, and asking follow-up questions. You can also reply to Slack threads and GitHub pull requests, and leave feedback on Slack incident threads.
Talking to Superlog on Slack
Tag @superlog to investigate an alert, ask for support, or get help using your codebase and telemetry.
New integrations and agent improvements
Cloudflare, Render, Vercel, and Railway can now connect in one click. The agent can open multiple PRs, reason over a complete alert episode, and read CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, and Cursor rules from your repository.
We love your feedback. Thank you for being a Superlog user.
